The Sacred Sanskrit name of Spirit Bay Sanctuary is ATMA TIRTHA, which can translate to: “The Sacred Water Crossing of Spirit” or “A Holy Place by the Water Where the Spirit Returns.”

Camping Spaces
There are a few camping areas available for those who like enjoying wilderness in these ways. You’re free to choose the space that resonates with you best and set up your tent or use available equipment. A drive-in camping space for a camping trailer / smaller RV is also available by the lake.
Dragon’s Ridge Trail
Our continuously expanding hiking trail currently loops at around 6km, rolling across small hills, ridges, and various forest terrain around the land. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a day visit for a walking meditation or gathering by the campfire. Kayaks and canoes are available to enjoy on the lake as well.
